Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between donors and Tottenham Hale Mosque and Community Centre ("THMCC," "we," "us," or "our") regarding donations made towards running costs and the construction of our mosque
in Tottenham Hale. By making a donation to THMCC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions.
1. Donations:
1.1 All donations made to THMCC are voluntary contributions towards the operating expenses of the mosque and the construction of a mosque
facility in Tottenham Hale.
1.2 Donations can be made through various methods, including online platforms, direct bank transfers, cash, or other means approved by
THMCC.
1.3 THMCC may set specific fundraising goals for the construction project and provide periodic updates on the progress of
fundraising efforts.
2. Use of Donations:
2.1 Donations made to THMCC will be used to cover operating costs, maintenance, administrative expenses, and other related expenditures associated with the operation of the mosque and community centre.
2.2 A portion of the donations will also be allocated towards the construction, development, and maintenance of a mosque facility in
Tottenham Hale as per the organization's plans and priorities.
3. Transparency:
3.1 THMCC is committed to transparency and accountability. We will provide regular updates to our donors about the allocation of funds and
the progress of the construction project.
3.2 Donors can request information regarding the utilization of their donations, and THMCC will strive to provide accurate and timely
responses.
4. Tax Deductibility:
4.1 THMCC may be registered as a charitable organization, depending on the applicable laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdiction.
Donors are advised to consult with their tax advisors to determine whether
their donations are eligible for tax deductions.
5. Refund Policy:
5.1 THMCC appreciates all donations and strives to use them effectively. However, if a donor wishes to request a refund, they can do so
within a reasonable timeframe from the date of donation. Refund requests can be made by contacting THMCC's finance department.
5.2 Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the circumstances surrounding the donation and
the organization's financial obligations.

6.1 THMCC respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Donor information
will be kept confidential and used only for purposes related to the donation
and communication with the donor.
6.2 Donors who provide their contact information may receive
updates about THMCC's activities and events, unless they choose to opt out of such
communications.
7. Changes to Terms:
7.1 THMCC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on THMCC's official website, and
continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
